After studying Business Administration at Algonquin College, our founder Anthony Zacconi spent eighteen years in sales and a decade as a finance manager and real estate investor — all while nurturing a lifelong fascination with architecture and design.
In 2018 he completed his first custom home and made the decision to merge his two passions, business and architecture. The result is Zed Developments: a company dedicated to creating beautifully designed residences across the Ottawa area, from one-of-a-kind custom homes to modern multi-unit communities.
